Warranty and Exchange Policy

All Hydro Flask and Eco Vessel bottles and containers are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for their entire lifetime. Normal wear and tear, including dishwasher damage, scratches, cover strap damage and dents are not covered under the warranty. Fifty Fifty Bottles have a warranty of one year against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear, including damage from a fall, scratches, dents and lid damage are not covered under the warranty. We will honor manufacturer’s defects warranty for up to thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

If there are issues with your water bottle after the 30-day purchase period, all exchanges must be directed to the head office of the main company in the mainland USA. Please refer to their website for more information regarding their warranty specifications.

For warranty issues, please contact our Customer Service. Please be sure to include a written description of the issue, your contact info and address to send the replacement to, and order number or proof purchase.

If the problem was caused by a manufacturer's defect, please send the bottle to us at our office for testing and replacement. If your exact product is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest replacement possible.


Exchanges for goods purchased at our store at Robinson’s Magnolia or at are accepted within 7 days of purchase provided the goods are in new and unused condition. We will accept exchanges for items of the same or higher value, and/or color changes. Customer will be liable for any additional cost in the price difference if any. If an exchange is done for an item of lesser value, then the price differential will be forfeited. Please contact our Customer Service for details and processing.
